I’m back with a new forest path. In this one, the road coming from the West splits into two: one direction going to the Northeast and the other going to the Southeast.

The interesting part about this terrain is that it’s almost completely enclosed by the surrounding cliffs, making those traveling on the road be on the disadvantage if engaged in combat.
Here you could easily place some archers on the elevated areas and ambush your players while they are traveling the path to their next destination!
A fallen tree trunk sits on the intersection, and if your players are coming from the West you can also hide a couple of enemies there with the added benefit that they’d have some cover.
